I specialize in strength and conditioning and weight loss. My goal is to inspire, educate and activate people of all ages to live a healthier and more active lifestyle. Come to my fitness facility in the Bronx or I can come to your gym or home.

I will create a program for you that will target your needs. Weight loss , muscle gain, or sport specific goal.
I have total body strength club, it for the mind, body and soul. The small group is for 12 weeks,
I will go over the basics and fundamentals of exercise, this will allow you to have a safe, fun and effective workout. We will train 3 times a week for 6 weeks and keep track of the progress.
We will do fitness assessments, body fat measurements and strenght testing. The 10 week program will be designed to fit your lifestyle and all your needs.
5 minutes of guide warm up and stretching.
We charge users a service fee (including taxes, if applicable) every time a booking is completed. The amount of the service fee is 1.25%. The service fee is calculated from the booking subtotal (before fees and taxes) and is automatically charged to the user upon booking.
Your payment information is collected when you submit a booking request. Once the service provider accepts your request, or if you book a rservice with On-Demand, your payment method will be charged for the entire amount at that time.
We hold the payment until 24 hours after the service is marked completed by both the service provider and the customer. This hold gives both parties time to make sure that everything is as expected.
