We specialize in residential renovation such as bathroom and kitchen remodeling. Building walls sheetrocking plaster compound or skim coating, painting. Windows, doors, & trim installation, tile. electrical and plumbing relocating or new installation

This price includes travel fees. Time spent assessing the job to create an estimate.
Construction site Maintenance
$400.00
Completely cleaning of the site which includes. Sweep, mop, dusting, Vacuuming of all surfaces. Basic Supplies are included in the price. The price is also based as a two man job.
Rules and Policies
Romio Service Fee
We charge users a service fee (including taxes, if applicable) every time a booking is completed. The amount of the service fee is 1.25%. The service fee is calculated from the booking subtotal (before fees and taxes) and is automatically charged to the user upon booking.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Your payment information is collected when you submit a booking request. Once the service provider accepts your request, or if you book a rservice with On-Demand, your payment method will be charged for the entire amount at that time.
We hold the payment until 24 hours after the service is marked completed by both the service provider and the customer. This hold gives both parties time to make sure that everything is as expected.
