I'm the founder of Impeccable Building Services LLC, a cleaning company catering to residential & commercial spaces in NYC. I come from a family of housekeepers & learned early on how to keep an immaculate home & pay attention to every detail.

2 hrs - $50.00
Includes Kitchen & Bathroom (washing dishes, floors, sanitizing countertops, cabinets, bathtub/shower). Bedroom & Living Space (dusting, mopping, sweeping/vacuuming). Additional $30 for each hour beyond 2 hours.
Basic Cleaning 1 Bedroom Apt.
3 hrs - $75.00
Includes Kitchen & Bathroom (washing dishes, floors, sanitizing countertops, cabinets, bathtub/shower). Bedroom & Living Space (dusting, mopping, sweeping/vacuuming). Additional $30 for each hour beyond 3 hours.

Add on to the selected service if workload exceeds the service offering rate.
Rules and Policies
Romio Service Fee
We charge users a service fee (including taxes, if applicable) every time a booking is completed. The amount of the service fee is 1.25%. The service fee is calculated from the booking subtotal (before fees and taxes) and is automatically charged to the user upon booking.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Your payment information is collected when you submit a booking request. Once the service provider accepts your request, or if you book a rservice with On-Demand, your payment method will be charged for the entire amount at that time.
We hold the payment until 24 hours after the service is marked completed by both the service provider and the customer. This hold gives both parties time to make sure that everything is as expected.
