Teaching yoga to all levels for nearly 15 years, I inspire and empower my clients to fully inhabit their bodies and hearts and discover balance through movement, breath, mindfulness and a sense of humor.

Private Yoga Class
60 mins - $185.00
In this one-on-one class, you’ll connect movement with breath and practice poses to help increase strength, flexibility and range of motion while calming your nervous system. Each session will include yoga and breath work and promises to restore you.
Kids Yoga Class
60 mins - $225.00
When kids practice yoga, they not only get stronger and more flexible, but they learn how to calm themselves, connect to their breath and manage impulsivity. This class is for 2-5 students ages 8-13 and could be a party, family class or with classmates.
Group Yoga Class
75 mins - $250.00
Practicing yoga in a small group is a wonderful experience. Schedule a regular weekly class for 2-5 people, surprise a friend for her birthday with a class or book one for your colleagues. I can host in my Lower East Side home studio or come to you.
Nutrition and Wellness Consult
90 mins - $275.00
This initial nutrition visit consists of gathering information like medical history, food preferences, general patterns of eating and exercise/ movement regimen. Together, we’ll create a plan to help you reach your individual goals and intentions.
Nutrition Follow-up
45 mins - $150.00
Nutrition Refresh
4 hrs - $600.00
In these 4 visits, you’ll have the opportunity to learn to support yourself nutritionally and cultivate wellness in your overall lifestyle. Book these visits together and receive a 90-min initial visit and three 45-min follow-up visits for nearly 20% off.
Rules and Policies
Romio Service Fee
We charge users a service fee (including taxes, if applicable) every time a booking is completed. The amount of the service fee is 1.25%. The service fee is calculated from the booking subtotal (before fees and taxes) and is automatically charged to the user upon booking.
Booking Terms and Conditions
Your payment information is collected when you submit a booking request. Once the service provider accepts your request, or if you book a rservice with On-Demand, your payment method will be charged for the entire amount at that time.
We hold the payment until 24 hours after the service is marked completed by both the service provider and the customer. This hold gives both parties time to make sure that everything is as expected.
