Events: Mindful Morning with Romio Fitness Experts

We all want to be the best version of ourselves, and cultivating mindfulness practices can help us function at our most optimal levels. Last Saturday, Romio HQ was transformed into a cozy studio space for Mindful Morning with Romio Fitness Experts Aditi Shah and Sasha Nelson.

Mindful Morning is a curated morning of movement with meditation and clean, nourishing food. Aditi led the group through an easeful flow, followed by a guided body scan with Sasha to cultivate relaxation and renewal. Guests were treated to a delicious brunch spread and spent time getting to know each other. Plenty of Matchaful lattes and Inday's tasty falafel + quinoa bowls were devoured. Paige Gregor also baked special sweet and savory loaves – including magical carob bliss balls (think healthy, truffle-sized bites of chocolate-y goodness!).

Aditi and Sasha co-created this community gathering to cultivate, experience and learn more about various mindfulness practices. Whether it's yoga, meditation or what and how we eat, the goal is to find ways to live our best lives. Connecting with our bodies and minds and nourishing ourselves in this way can sustain us day after day, week after week and year after year!

The Mindful Morning x Romio crew left with light hearts, full bellies and new friends. It was, per usual, the perfect kickstart to a New York City weekend.
